Beth Sanderson
200 YTT from Yoga Farm
Beth’s path to yoga wasn’t linear — it wandered through striving, busyness, and the realization that she was, at times, completely missing the point. Over time, yoga became less about doing and more about coming home. Her classes blend somatic yoga and nervous system regulation, inviting students to move with steadiness, curiosity, and self-trust. She believes safety and belonging are the foundation for growth, and she feels deeply grateful to share space with the Axis community.
She lives in Haywood County with her daughter, Pepper, two cats, and her Great Dane.
