Dr. Suzanne Reinhardt

Strength Intervals

 

Dr. Suzanne, as her students call her, has been in education for over two decades and in the health/fitness field as part of the family health food business since she was a child. She recently got her certificate in personal training to continue developing her interest in physical fitness.

 

She focuses on strength training and believes building strength is even more important as we age. Her expertise as an educator is trauma-informed practices, and she integrates the principles of safety, community, and connection into all her classes whether that’s in the college classroom or in her personal training.
