Amber brings a sense of humor and ease to her classes. Students are welcome just as they are and are encouraged to pull from their awareness at the moment to cultivate a curiosity that extends past the mat that will bring joy and fulfillment into aspects of everyday life. 

 

She loves her kitties, to cut a rug (that's dancing for you youngsters), write, read, create art, make people laugh, anything paranormal or strange, and her travel bug hits hard and often.
